Armats Amb Roses
The 23rd of April in Catalunya is “Sant Jordi” – a day in which roses are gifted to lovers, friends, and family. The legend narrates that on this day, many hundreds of years ago, Jordi saved the princess from a dragon who was threatening the town. To celebrate him and his love gesture, each year the streets of Catalunya are filled with roses’ stands.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID19 emergency, this wasn’t the case in 2020.
In order to save Sant Jordi and fight the invisible enemy, we've created an online platform where people were able to buy and gift illustrated roses - from artists, illustrators, and designers. The funds collected were given to the coronavirus cause.
We raised 12000 €.

Our weapons – People were able to pick their favourite illustrated roses from our website.
Our website – From the Armats Amb Roses’ website it was possible to choose a rose between the dozens of beautifully painted and illustrated ones. The price was 5€ with the possibility to donate more for the cause.
Social Media – On social media, we made sure to come up with snappy copies to sparkle people’s interest.
